Having to work with a small piece of land, our main aim was to create rooms that do not feel small, by carefully considering the functionality of the layout and natural light access.

 

We adopted a clean, modern look in a timeless mix of black, white and grey tones. The materials and composition focus on affordability and well-being without compromising on elegance. 

 

Attention is given to cross-ventilation, maximising areas of clear glazing and its solar orientation, the exterior views, layout flexibility and comfort, potential of personalising and adapting the rooms to different needs in time.
